#mubb had something to say this last week, and boy so do we. The podcast is back to talk about the mollywoppings from Marquette against Providence and The Fighting Patrick Ewings. We talk about what changed in the last couple of games to generate these results and whether it's sustainable. We turn to the upcoming game and the never ending weirdness that are games against DePaul. We then pivot to Saturday's game against a likely ranked Seton Hall team which ends up generating a discussion on most disliked Big East fans. We finally close out the pod with some predictions and some #mubbTMM. Enjoy!

Let's get right to it, not fouling when up 3 was a bad choice and not in a revisionist history sort of way, in a very real time everyone knew it sort of way. However, one bad choice also shouldn't sink the whole of year one for the Shaka era. We're back to talk about the disappointing result against Creighton and preview the games against Providence and Georgetown. Bottom line, panic isn't necessary but the frustration is understandable, and we think this week is the week to right the ship. Enjoy!

Hope everyone enjoyed their time with family at Christmas, we certainly did. We came back to the pod ostensibly to talk UConn vs #mubb game result and preview the St John's game.....welp, the St John's game isn't happening. So we talk about the UConn game and then pivot to what the next couple of weeks could look like generally. Then to lighten the mood we turn to your questions, which were fantastic. Enjoy!

Monday Dec 20, 2021
Monday Dec 20, 2021
Welcome to Big East conference season, glad you could join us! #mubb had a single game this week against Xavier. Team started well for once but couldn't sustain. We talk about the game and what it might mean going forward. We also talk about the only game this week, a match-up against UConn at home. We close out the pod with an unplanned topic. We hope everyone has a merry Christmas. Enjoy!

Welcome to a new episode of Scrambled Eggs! We are hear to talk about the week that was in #mubb and the non-conference experience overall. First we talk about the take away from MU going 1-1 this week (and avoiding the December 0-fer we feared) and then get into the details of the K-State and UCLA results. We then ask, what have we learned as a result of this non-conference season and how do we apply those learnings to the conference season. We then preview the first Big East game of the season on the road against a tough Xavier team. We close out the pod with everyone's favorite bit, #mubbTMM. Enjoy!

Not what you want in a rivalry game, does Shaka have a bounce back?
Monday Dec 06, 2021
Monday Dec 06, 2021
Well, this was the first truly disappointing loss for #mubb in the young Shaka era. Marquette not only loses to noted rival, Wisconsin Badgers, but let's the second half get away from them. We talk about the Wisconsin game, what went wrong and what went not so wrong. We also make a compliment sandwich involving the team before pivoting to the week ahead. We review the KSU game and whether MU can get a win in December before talking about any lane to success for MU against UCLA. Let's hope we go 1-1 this week. Enjoy!

Hope everyone had an excellent Thanksgiving! Scrambled Eggs is back from our turkey naps to talk about #mubb. We briefly touch on the only game this week against Northern Illinios (nothing remarkable happened) and then move on to the meat of the pod, so to speak: Badger Hate Week. We talk about the game, conflicting styles, and what MU needs to do to win the game at the Kohl Center. We spend a little time talking about the month of December and what expectations we can/should have for this team. We close out with a prediction on the game. As always, enjoy!

#mubb is back baby, well at least mostly back. What a week for Marquette basketball, upset and come from behind win against Illinios followed by an exciting run to the Charleston Classic championship. We're here to talk about all of it (including the loss against St Bonaventure) and discuss if Marquette, is in fact, back. We also spend a little time talking about the upcoming week and what the first 6 games means for the season overall. Happy Thanksgiving and Enjoy!

Monday Nov 15, 2021
Week one of the new #mubb season is in the books, so we need to react to it. We talk about the first two games of MU's season, what we liked, what we didn't like, is there anything to be worried about, etc. We also talk about our biggest surprises in the young season now that we've actually seen the team play. We then turn to the 4 games, yes 4, MU has this week to break down how we think it will go. We close out with everyone's new favorite bit, Take My Money. Enjoy!

Welcome to the first regular season podcast of the Shaka era with #mubb. We start the pod with a general review of the exhibition as it were. We then discuss the news that came out around the time of the exhibition including Greg Elliott's suspension, Keeyan Itejere's redshirt, and what exactly happened to MU's court? We then talk about the two games this week, SIU-Edwardsville and New Hampshire. We close out with a new bit from Joe. Enjoy!
