Solid win and now it’s Aloha time

#mubb had a single game this week, a tough Gavitt Game on the road at Illinois. The game was a victory but more than that the performance aligned with preseason expectations so we talk about that. We also laud Tyler Kolek's Willis Reed moment. We then turn to the Maui tournament to discussion expectations, potential outcomes, and what we're looking forward to. 2-0 start but now we have a challenge

#mubb is off to a strong start to the season. First week brought two victories in front of some amped up crowds so we do a vibe check on the beginning of the season. We then turn to the big game this week where Marquette will have it's first challenge of the season in a road game against a Big Ten opponent in Illinois. We have to talk about the game as well as the status of Tyler Kolek, who as of publish is unknown as to playing status. We talk about the game with and without Tyler and where we see it going. GAME DAY!

Welcome to the brand new #mubb season, it's finally here. We have a quick chat around our excitement for the season before having a discussion around the two games this week. Also we talk banner raising. Pretty quick pod but wanted to get something out for the masses to enjoy!

Season is nigh, prediction time is upon us

At time up publishing, #mubb is a scant and/or excruciating 7 days from opening tip of basketball campaign full of promise. We have to address those expectations first, can Marquette win a national title and should the team, fans, etc be talking about it. Next we do our annual game by game predictions and I don't want to spoil anything but we aren't seeing a lot of Ls on the schedule. We close out with excitement for the next season and hope y'all are excited as well. Enjoy!

Getting ready for the new season with some big aspirations

We are on the precipice of a new season for #mubb so Scrambled Eggs has to spend some time getting ready. We are working the pre-season kinks out but we chat about the Blue Gold scrimmage, the culture of the team, and the National Championship aspirations. We also talk about the schedule generally and how we see the team being able to handle the schedule. At the end of the day, we're less than 30 days away from the most anticipated #mubb season in 4 decades. Enjoy!

Summer catch-up for #mubb

It's time to catch up on #mubb for the summer to date. We jump into the NBA draft where the next MU NBA player, OMax Prosper was drafted ultimately by the Dallas Mavericks. We talk how this happened, where we see OMax's career going, and what it means for MU. We then talk roster, schedule, and pretty significant expectations for Marquette going into next season. This hurts, but we gotta talk about it

This isn't the #mubb pod we wanted to talk about but it's the pod we have to have. We talk about the disappointing finish to an otherwise spectacular season and how we process our feelings.
